My brothers wedding is this weekend and I am so excited for him. It is nice to see him happy. A couple of weeks ago, Mel, my mom, and me gave Natalie a bridal shower. We had lots of fun planning it and also getting to know Natalie a little more. She is a fun gal and makes a perfect match for my brother. We made lots of yummy food for the shower and of course planned a few of those dumb shower games that nobody really likes to play. But we had some good laughs and a fun time.
My favorite game that we played was blind folding Natalie and telling her that the power went out in their hotel on their honeymoon and she had to get dressed for the "special night" in the dark. Then we gave Natalie a suitcase with some pretty crazy stuff in and she just had to feel and pick some things she wanted to wear. We loaded the suitcase with some of my mom's nightgowns (aka moo-moos), some underwear that said funny things on them, and then of course some super sexy stuff. Natalie was a good sport and we were all laughing so hard!!! I am really excited for this weekend and I hope that their wedding turns out just like they want. I love my brother so much and have really missed having him in my life. I hope that this maybe can bring us one step closer to having him in our lives. I know my boys want to spend more time with uncle Ben and Natalie. It is great to finally get a sister-in-law!! :)
